My name is Audrey McCann and I am a loving animal caretaker specializing in off-leash dog outings as well as pet sitting and some dog training. I was born in Palo Alto, and although have lived in many different places, have been here permanently since 1991. I have been lucky enough to have dogs, cats, horses, rabbits, guinea pigs, rats, fish, frogs, snakes, turtles and mice during my life and know how to love & care for them all. son Alex is currently In college pursuing a degree in computer animation. My daughter Alanna is a student at Gunn High School here in Palo Alto.
I have been a (human) personal trainer for many years, and continue to love that as my morning job. My afternoons are filled having fun with dogs, usually out and about getting plenty of off-leash exercise at Fort Funston Beach, enjoying the outdoors, running and swimming in the ocean, throwing balls, good old romping around and great fun.
I am committed to making sure that every animal under my care is treated with loving-kindness and respect. Your animal will be taken care of as if they were family. I want every pet’s owner(s) to feel comfortable and at ease knowing their “baby” (or “babies”) will be loved and cared for as I would wish for my animals to be taken care of in my absence (believe me, that’s saying a lot).
